ALL LEVELS CLASSES


In this course, we'll practice not only the asanas but also the breathing exercises (pranayama).

 

You will then learn the sequence of the 12 positions of the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar).

 

This basic, flowing sequence (vinyasa) is a great way to take care of your body, warming it up, strengthening and softening it holistically. 

 

During the course, we'll study each position in detail and learn how to link them together. You'll also be introduced to the two basic breathing exercises (pranayama).

Over the days, we then progressively study the 12 basic asanas and their variations in the Sivananda yoga tradition.

 

Practice is adapted to all body types and levels of strength and flexibility.


The session ends with a short relaxation accompanied by mantra chanting, which you can immerse yourself in by listening. 

 


INTERMEDIATE LEVEL CLASSES


practical knowledge of Sun Salutation required

 

In this 90-minute course, we'll practice not only the asanas, but also the breathing exercises (pranayama). You will be introduced to a simple meditation technique. 

 

Sessions begin with a series of sequences from the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). We then progressively study the 12 basic asanas of Shivananda yoga, with variations to suit all body types and levels of strength and flexibility.

 

Other asanas will also be taught to accompany and deepen the practice. 

 

The session ends with the practice of Shavasana and a mantra chant into which you can immerse yourself through listening.

PRIVATE CLASSES


After an initial session during which we get to know each other by performing gentle asanas, I prepare an individual program adapted to your level, physical condition and body type.

 

Class duration: 1h or 1h30 according to your wishes. 

Small groups of up to 3 people are possible.

For female students only.

 

 

Gentle Yoga & Back Pain help classes


This class is a gentler approach to Hatha Yoga, suitable for people who want to enjoy the benefits of yoga for the body and mind, but for whom the execution of certain classical positions may pose some difficulties. We'll be working with more accessible variations, always very attentive to our sensations. I have completed further training in yoga for back pain, with French physiotherapist and yoga practitioner Muriel (@Muriel Adapter Son Yoga), to be able to offer you specialized help.

 

New classes will open on request for a group of min. 4 people, otherwise please consider a private lesson.
