Walking on the spiritual path for twenty years, currently moving to India, these last ten years have brought in my life commitment to the path of Bauls of Bengal. This thousand-year-old tradition is at the crossroads of Hindu Bhakti yoga, Sufism and Sahajia Buddhism. It emphasizes bodily experience, the practice of breathing, asanas, dance, chanting and mystical poetry.
I invite you to share my enthusiasm and the experience of my practice of Hatha Yoga and Bhakti Yoga as I received it in India from my teacher Maa Parvathy Baul .

Kirtans, Hindu devotional songs, are practised in groups, as a call-and-response.
Kirtan, one of the practices of bhakti yoga, is a time when we can let go of all our daily worries, allowing ourselves to be carried away by the rhythm, sound and energy of the sacred.
You don't need to know how to sing or know Hindu tradition to participate: everyone is welcome.
Bhakti yoga sublimates human emotions, leading us to experience feelings of a particular flavour (we call this rasa); they have a taste of fullness, surrender, joy and freedom.
